My product arrived at my door 2 days after I ordered it. It was discretely labeled and appropriately packaged. The product itself looked great. There was no embedded bacteria. And every strain I purchased was viable and healthy. Most took after only a couple of days. Prices are very reasonable. I've had great success with this product. Would recommend.

I’ve had good products from them. My last order came and the cultures were frozen and after several days after using seem to be ineffective . Customer service is slow and may take weeks to receive help but they usually try to make you happy anyway they can!
