Cash and Money Order Payment Instructions

Step 1: Place Your Order

If you have not yet placed an order, complete your order and select the Cash and Money Order payment option at checkout. You will receive an email with the order details. 

Step 2: Notify Us

Email us at [email protected] to confirm that you are aware you placed a cash or money order payment and that you are preparing your payment. Failure to send this notification may result in your order being canceled.

Note: If your order is canceled but payment was sent with no notification, don’t worry—your order can be reinstated and processed as normal.

Step 3: Prepare Your Payment

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order is on hold. This email will include your order details and total amount.

• For Cash Payments: Wrap the cash discreetly in paper to avoid visibility during mailing.
• For Money Orders: Make the money order payable to Anthony Hilbert or Cube Culture LLC. Ensure the amount matches the total on your order.

Step 4: Include Your Order Information

On a separate piece of paper, include the following information:

• Order number
• Your full name
• Shipping address
• Email address

Ensure everything is securely packaged to avoid any visible signs of cash or money orders in the envelope.

Step 5: Mail Your Payment

Send your payment and order details to:

We strongly recommend using USPS tracking for added security and shipment guarantees.

Step 6: Notify Us of Shipment

Once your payment has been mailed, email us at [email protected] with confirmation that it is on its way. This ensures your order is not canceled during the waiting period.

Important Notes

• Shipment Guarantee: To ensure your order is processed and shipped, we recommend using USPS tracking when mailing your payment. If a tracking number is provided, we can process your order even if there are delays in delivery. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee shipment.
• Order Processing: Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment. Once processed, you will receive an automated USPS tracking number via email.
