Refund & Replacement Policy

Welcome to Cube Culture USA. We stand behind the quality of our liquid cultures and microscopy products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Guarantee
All liquid cultures sold by Cube Culture USA are guaranteed to be:
- Alive and viable for microscopy study
- Free from contamination
- Professionally prepared and quality tested
Our products are covered under a 70-Day Guarantee from the date your order is marked as delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
If you experience an issue with your order within the 70-day guarantee period, you may qualify for:
- One complimentary replacement shipment OR
- A refund to your original payment method
To qualify, customers must:
- Contact us within 70 days of delivery
- Provide the order number
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue when requested
- Store cultures properly according to our storage recommendations
For best results, liquid cultures should be refrigerated upon arrival and never frozen.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
- Packages left outdoors or exposed to extreme temperatures
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- USPS delays or tracking issues outside our control
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Requests involving cultivation or illegal use of products
- Claims deemed unreasonable or fraudulent
Due to the sensitive nature of live cultures, orders over $60 affected by climate-related conditions may not qualify for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages.
4. Shipping Issues
Cube Culture USA is not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, stolen packages, or inaccurate tracking updates once the shipment has been transferred to USPS or the shipping carrier.
If your tracking status shows “Label Created” for more than 72 business hours (excluding weekends), please contact us for assistance.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.
Any customer initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may lose eligibility for refunds, replacements, or future purchases. Cube Culture USA reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.
